On 6- 9-1695 "Peter Webster to have L3 for getting stone for the meeting house hearth. Edward Pearson will be asked to lay the hearth and under pin the stable." [Falls MM, Men's Minutes]
On 1695, 11, 1 a Peter Webster received license to marry Mary Wilkinson at Falls Monthly Meeting, Bucks Co., Pa.

A deed of 51 1/2 acres of land in fee dated the 8th day of the 10th month 1696 was delivered by Joseph Kirkbride grantor unto Peter Webster grantee. In the 10th month of 1698, upon compaint of Peter Webster, Robert Heaton presented the necessity of his having a convenient way from his house to the King's road. The court then appointed Sam'l. Dark, Henry Margerum, Will'm. Dark, James Paxton, & John Rowland to lay out the same. In the 7th month of 1699 Peter Webster complained to the court that the road was not yet perfected.
On 13-8-1697 "This meeting has ordered ten Friends to hear and end the difference between Joseph Kirkbride and Peter Webster [and their wives]... [Falls MM, Men's Minutes]
On the 14th day of the 8th month, 1699, the following persons reported that they laid out a road for Peter Webster from the fence of Peter Webster, thence upon a straight line by the east end of the house of Randol Blackshaw and thence straight to the road leading from the Falls to Southhampton, 2 poles wide: Josuah Hoops, Peter Worral, Thomas Janney, John Palmer, Anthony Burton, and John Siddall. On 7-3-1701 John Linton having complained that whereas by marriage of his wife he is related unto John Wilkinson -- that the will of the aforesaid John Wilkinson is proved by Peter Webster who married the widow of John Wilkinson. [Falls MM, Men's Minutes]
The following transcript is from a photocopy of the will of Peter Webster, recorded in Bucks Co., Pa. Will Book 1, p. 85:
"I Peter Webster of the County of Bucks the Province of Pensilvania being weak of Body but of Sound Mind & Memory Thanks be given to God therefore Do make & ordain my last Will & Testament in manner & Form following.
"Imprimis. My Just Debts & funeral charges being paid & Discharged My will & mind is that whatsomever is due from my Grand Son in Law William Ashburn whether in Bills Bonds or Accounts - after there is a ballance made between him & my Execur. hereafter named that the Same shall be & Remain in the hands of the Said Wm. Ashburn wch. I give him as a Legacy.
"Item. My will & mind is that my Grand Son Thomas Lamb Shall have Ten Perches of my long Lot Situate in Bristoll which shall be taken off that end Joyning to Wood Street & shall be taken the Whole Breadth of the sd. Lot ten Perches from the Said Wood Street & shall be Divided by a Line Parralell to the line of Division between the sd. Wood Street & sd. Lott To hold to him the Said Thomas Lamb & the heirs of his body & for Default of Such issue I give & bequeath the sd. Lott or Peice of Land unto my Son Wm. Webster & the heirs of his Body lawfully begotten or to be Begotten.
"All the rest of my Lands & Lotts Situate in Bristoll aforesd. I give & bequeath unto my sd. Son Wm. Webster & the heirs of his Body Lawfully begotten & for Default of Such Issue I give & bequeath the Same unto Thomas Lamb aforesd. & the heirs of his Body. Also I give & bequeath unto my sd. Son Wm. Webster the Sume of forty Pounds. Also I give unto my sd. Grandson Thomas Lamb the Sume of thirty Pounds. Also I give my wearing Apparell unto my Grand Son in Law Wm. Ashburn & my Grand Son Thomas Lamb each haveing Share & Share alike. Also I give & Bequeath unto my sd. Grand Son in Law Wm. Ashburn all & singular my Houshould Goods & Husbandry Utensils.
"Also I give & bequeath unto my Grand Daughter Sarah Ashburn my Great Bible.
Item. I Do Nominate & appoint my Friend Joseph Kirkbride Junr. the Executor of this my last will. Item. I give & bequeath unto my Daughter Agnes Yeats the Sum of one Shilling. Also I give & bequeath unto my Grandson Joseph Yeats the Sume of one Shilling. Item. I Give & Bequeath to all & every one of the rest of my Said Daughter Agnes Yeats Children the Sume of one Shilling each.
"Lastly I doe hereby Revoke Disanull & make Void all former & other Wills by me heretofore made. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto Sett my Hand & Seal this first Day of August in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Seven hundred & twenty four (Enterlined the words & every one of) his
